If you arrive early in the evening, have an aperitif on the riad terrace of this chicest of chic French restaurants. Dine in the small courtyard under bountiful fig trees or behind glass in the (warmer) red salon alcoves, and watch the magic in the courtyard unfold. Highlights include pink duck with apples and impeccable service.
