Dar Zemora
Dar Zemora Review
The unpretentious charms of this country villa will ease your guilt about staying in the Palmery and possibly seeing less of Marrakesh. The English-style garden is a delight (complete with croquet lawn), and in-season bouquets from the rose garden adorn the house. Service is attentive, and for once design isn't too over the top. Restaurant serves excellent six-course Moroccan haute cuisine on alternate nights. For complete privacy or family stays, the self-contained pool pavillion is ideal, or you can reserve the whole place in exclusivity for a special celebration. Pros: regal views; friendly English-speaking staff. Con: minimum stay usually required.
