Marrakesh doesn't get hipper than this. Ice-cool mid-century design and exhibitions by Moroccan and European artists put this on a par with something that might sprout in New York's East Village. Local cognoscenti believe the food could be better—this makes it better as a lunch drop-in than an all-out dinner option. You can always go back in the evening for relaxed drinks on the terrace if you like. There's live music every weekend.
