Modern French "bistronomie" is the key ingredient at this stylish restaurant, which has recently proved very popular with locals, expats, and tourists. Aside from the daily lunch and dinner à la carte menus, from time to time there are special themed menu nights, such as a wine tasting with oysters. Standout main dishes include calamari and chorizo, with squid-ink pasta or sole meunière with almond butter and pureed potato. A daily three-course fixed-price lunch menu runs 110 DH. There's a great wine selection too.
