Fodor's Review

The 1950s design of this former casino does little to inspire, but this family-run hotel with every amenity does the job. Es Saadi started as Marrakesh's first casino, and then grew and grew. It now houses the casino as well as two hotel properties—the original Es Saadi Hotel and the luxury Es Saadi Palace. In addition there are 10 individually styled villas with one or two bedrooms. The gardens, blooming with orange trees and roses, are lovely, and children are constantly splashing their way into the large pools, though guests of the hotel will not be allowed access to the nicer pool facilities of the Es Saadi Palace.
