Hidden in the souk down twisting, turning derbs, this lively hostel is housed in two adjoining riads, and it even has a swimming pool. Although the decor could do with an overhaul, after a long day of souk exploration, it's a friendly base with loads of traditional charm, communal spaces, Berber tents for relaxing, a Moroccan restaurant, and roof terrace. Equity Point is essentially a hostel, with shared single-sex dorms of four to eight beds, but there are also three
private rooms with en suite bathrooms. Expect to find single travelers, backpackers, and a chaotic, understaffed reception area. Single beds in dorms cost from around 200 DH per person. All prices include breakfast.
