Widiane Suites and Spa Review

This hotel offers a level of luxury unusual in Morocco's mountains. Built in the middle of expansive parkland, on the edge of a huge lake and at an altitude certain to keep summers cool-ish and winters moderate, this glitzy new hotel sets out to impress. Enjoy the facilities, many of which are on the house (though some not). So unless you are content to have the bill resemble the length of one of your water skis, ask which these services are, before indulging. Catering to Morocco's finest, many of whom favor the water sports, does not come cheap (a foot massage at the spa will set you back 240 DH). Sip a drink on the terrace overlooking the lake and watch eagles soar above you.
