In the convivial, exquisitely tiled dining room of this cash-only, family home-turned-restaurant, you can choose from several three-course set menus of traditional Moroccan dishes. There's always a selection of salads, freshly baked bread, and succulent olives, along with tagines, couscous, and kebabs; vegetarians can be catered to as well. It's tucked away in a corner of the Mellah, the old Jewish quarter of the medina, and Fouad will guide you to the restaurant, while his wife, Karima, prepares meals in the kitchen.
