This Ville Nouvelle standout is known for its classic Moroccan and international cuisine. The beef and lamb tagines are especially good, and the briouates (spicy dumplings) are nonpareil. The wine list is an anthology of Moroccan vineyards, and the service is first-rate. Decorated in a fusion of European and Moroccan motifs, Zagora has a smart, sophisticated, and modern atmosphere.

Keep in mind: Reservations essential.
