Offering luxuriant Andalusian gardens and a pool that overlooks the medina, the Zalagh is close to Ville Nouvelle restaurants and just a 20-minute walk from Fez el Bali. Guest rooms vary wildly, from lovely cedar-carved upper-floor suites rooms with balconies overlooking the gardens, and Fez el Bali to somewhat undistinguished chambers on the Ville Nouvelle side. The staff is thrilled to help you in any way they can, so don't hesitate to call them; even the receptionists seem to hold graduate degrees in literature. Fires burn regularly in the fireplaces in winter.
