Backed up against Borj Nord, once a forward stronghold and fortress key to the protection of the medina, this is an amazing anthology of Fassi arts and crafts: woodworking, ceramic tile artisanship, mosaics, and plaster and stucco design. Rooms are equipped with modern facilities ranging from satellite TV to minibars, and the restaurant serves fine Moroccan cuisine. The hotel also offers various kinds of hydrotherapy and massage, and the owners will arrange everything from skiing in Ifrane to hikes in the Azrou cedar forest to trips to the thermal springs at Moulay Yacoub.
