Fodor's Review:

There are few restaurants in Fez el Djedid. However, the quiet café La Noria, just down to the right of Bab Dekaken by the Fez River at the Bab Boujeloud gardens' southwest corner, is a welcome respite from the turbulent streets. Mint tea and tagines are available.
