Hours of Operation

Banking hours are weekdays from 9 am to 2 pm and on the first and last Saturday of the month from 9 to 11 am. Some banks in Mombasa and Nairobi stay open later on weekdays. Some banks at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport are open 24 hours. Government offices are open weekdays from 8 or 8:30 am to 1 pm and 2 to 5 pm. Private businesses follow similar hours. Some may be open on Saturday mornings.
