Klezmer Festival Review

Every July or August, Tzfat hosts the Klezmer Festival, and there could be no better setting for three days of "Jewish soul music" than this mystical, cobbled-lane city. Many events are street performances and therefore free. Keep in mind that Tzfat practically bursts at the seams at this time, with revelers both religious and secular.
