Café Batia Review

Although it has moved from its decades-old location, the café has kept its menu full of of old-fashioned Eastern European favorites. Try a bowl of matzoh-ball soup, leg of goose, or stuffed cabbage for a taste of what Grandma used to prepare. If you're adventurous, sample some of the less well-known dishes, such as pupiks, which is Yiddish for gizzards. Vegetarians can enjoy everything from egg salad to cabbage salad.
