Fodor's Review:

This high-rise hotel, located at the southern end of the Tel Aviv beachfront, is adjacent to a large office complex, a short walk to Jaffa and Neveh Tzedek and across the main road from Dolphinarium beach. Each room has a balcony; many have sea views, others overlook Neveh Tzedek. Poolside barbecues in the summer are a plus.
