Fodor's Review:

A spectacular 360-degree view of Tel Aviv and beyond awaits on the 49th-floor observatory of this office building and mall complex, which consists of three buildings—one triangular, one circular, and one square. The observatory is sometimes closed for private events and hours change daily, so calling ahead to check availability is essential.
