Fodor's Review:

Offering well-appointed rooms, this hotel has the informal atmosphere of a smaller establishment, and seems to cater to European travelers—French and German are frequently heard in the small lobby. Upper rooms have sea views (the hotel is a block from the real thing), and so does the rooftop terrace. Location at the southern end of the city offers good access to the Carmel Market, Jaffa, and Neveh Tzedek. Pros: the warm service. Cons: rooms are small; roof terrace can be noisy.
