In an alley at the edge of Jaffa's flea market, this is one of the city's best culinary finds, especially for carnivorous gourmands. The Swiss-born chef specializes in the sausages and smoked meats he creates daily in the restaurant's kitchen, as well as a variety of freshly made pastas. A popular dish is squid-ink spaghetti topped with steaming seafood. The bread, as everything else served, is homemade and scrumptious.
