Veteran nationwide tour operators Egged Tours and United Tours offer similar half-day Jerusalem orientation tours, including a panoramic view and Old City highlights. Except for Saturday, full-day tours usually add Yad Vashem. Some itineraries have a particular Christian orientation. Prices are usually quoted in U.S. dollars. The approximate cost is $46 for a half-day tour and $68 for a full day, though some run as much as $89. The price includes pick-up from major hotels.
