Leonardo Plaza Review
Overlooking Independence Park, the 22-story Leonardo Plaza is a Jerusalem landmark with terrific views, especially from upper floors. Popular with high-end religious Jewish clientele, the guest rooms are done up in gold and dark blue. Primavera, the Italian restaurant presided over by acclaimed chef Shalom Kadosh, has won kudos locally for its good food and elegant atmosphere. In summer, an outdoor barbecue is offered Sunday through Thursday. The small pool, surrounded by unaesthetic concrete, encourages quick dips, not prolonged relaxation.
