Jerusalem Gate

Fodor's Review:

Its main clientele is tour groups, but the good value of this hotel attracts individual tourists and budget-minded families as well. The location near the Central Bus Station makes transportation simple. Guest rooms have solid-wood furniture (a rarity) and duvets; ask for a high floor with a cityscape view. An attractive bar with a reflective copper ceiling looks down onto the open and airy lobby from an unobtrusive mezzanine. The rooftop sundeck offers great panoramas while you work on your tan. Pros: a spacious place to stay; direct access to Center One mall; on major bus routes. Cons: far from downtown; large groups mean less intimacy; sun-deck undeveloped.
