Moriah Classic

Fodor's Review:

The huge sky-lit atrium in the middle of the lobby has a comfortable if not intimate coffee-shop. The light-colored guest-room furniture and parquet floors are offset by blues in the decor. "Superior" is the house term for standard rooms; the better "deluxe" rooms are on the eighth floor and have balconies. (The hotel is often still known as the Novotel—its former identity.) Pros: a sense of spaciousness. Cons: a drive from most places; neighborhood dead at night; hotel has no distinctive character.
