Fodor's Review

With little balconies overlooking a pedestrian-only street off Ben-Yehuda Street, this 19th-century stone building has an old-world feel. Front rooms get some street noise, but the air-conditioning and double-glazed windows ease the problem. Furnishings are simple; ask for a superior room if you want a private balcony, flat-screen TV, and slightly less minimalistic surroundings. The lobby, reception area, and a few rooms are up a single flight of stairs (other rooms are farther up still—there is no elevator). Some rates include breakfast, and there's also a good coffee shop downstairs. The manager speaks five languages, not including English.
