Haifa and the Northern Coast Sights

Hof Shonit

  • Beach–Sight

Updated 01/06/2015

Fodor's Review

The largest and most popular beach in the area is the exceptionally well-kept Hof Shonit (translated as "Reef Beach"). There are lifeguards in season, a refreshment stand, and a restaurant, as well as restrooms and cold showers. In addition to the beach there is a waterpark with extreme slides for the kids (open only on Saturdays in-season) and adult and toddler swimming pools. Parking is NIS 15. Amenities: food and drink; lifeguards; parking (fee); showers; toilets; water sports. Best for: swimming.
