Seasons Netanya Review

Consistently good service is the hallmark of this hotel. Guest rooms are spacious, with private terraces and sea views; the bathrooms are luxurious. Eight garden rooms surround the pool, and suites are big enough to accommodate couples with three or four children. The pool (open all year, but not heated in winter) overlooks the sea and is surrounded by colorful gardens and yellow chaise lounges. A nicely furnished lobby features live piano music in the evening.

    Seasons Netanya Review

While this hotel is situated in a beautiful location, and offers large and comfortable rooms with balconies and sea views, I hesitate to recommend it. It is neglected and dirty. The cleaning staff does not adequately and properly clean the rooms. I needed to wipe my toilet seat down with an antibacterial wipe before use. It was urine stained. The toilet and bathroom floor were left dirty and untouched for the seven nights I stayed at the hotel, even following my complaint. A vacuum never touched the carpet in my room. The hallway carpets had not been vaccumed in months. The garbage/ashtray in the hallway looked as if it had been beaten with a club. AND someone from the hotel's cleaning staff stole a coach wristlet purse, giftwrapped for a young cousin, from my room. The hotel staff, apart from the cleaning staff, were mostly friendly and courteous, with the exception of one young lady at the reception desk.
