One of the best tapas bars in Eilat, Olla has a relaxing feel, thanks to leather-backed booths and tastefully subdued lighting. The bar, quite lively on weekends, offers some of the most accomplished bartenders in the city. As for the tapas, you can't go wrong with the goose liver and pears on broiche. You can also choose between your favorite cuts of meat, or opt for the locally raised lamb ribs or the foie gras marinated in a red wine sauce.

The service in this restaurant is great and the place is very child friendly. That, unfortunately sums the good things up... Don't expect Spanish tapas, the menu contains a choice of small dishes and big ones. No matter what you order, the food is drowned in sauce. Shrimps are definitely not fresh and so is the carpaccio. The entrecote was ok and the bread as well. Ordered Crema Catalana for dessert which was awful. I did mention it and they were
willing to replace (as I said, the service was fine). The bill was very high, their prices out of proportion.
