Pretty much the only game in town, the Leonardo Negev doesn't go out of its way to prove it's anything more than a business hotel. The 12-story building's beige-and-brown stone reflects its desert surroundings, and its arched windows soften the city's square look. The rooms have been nicely renovated, so they have great work spaces and convenient reading lights. The breezy outdoor patio, with babbling fountains, is a cool place to relax in the hot desert climate. The hotel's outdoor pool is open from April to October.
