Kalia Beach Review

On the Dead Sea, Kalia Beach (the name derives from kalium, the Latin name for potassium, found in abundance here) is the place to go for a free mud bath. Slather your whole body with the mineral-rich black mud and let it dry before showering. The beach also has chair and towel rentals, a gift shop, and a snack bar, and the adjacent kibbutz has a swimming pool and guest rooms. Amenities: food and drink; lifeguards; parking; showers; toilets. Best for: swimming; walking.

    closed beach from Jerusalem

nice and clean beach ,clean bathroom and shower
Great view of course and the way from jerusalem is just amazing... half an hour from jerusalem and u r in a fairy tale /But mud pails r missing and for sure is not a mineral water pool like in Mineral beach or Ein Gedi spa
the entrance fee is 45sh if u buy 10 tickets or 55 for one
Better go early in the morning or late afternoon when the weather is great and groups r not yet or already left
