Order a drink—perhaps a mojito, or the Little Havana cooler with white rum and ginger ale—then select a bunch of plates and share. The list might include sweet potato and corn fritters with chili dipping sauce, ginger, garlic, and tomato sauce in a shrimp casserole, fish and chips, beef filet in brandy cream sauce, or roasted rack of lamb with an herb crust. Salsa dancing happens some nights.

Heck, there’s even an American bacon cheeseburger. Food is served on red check tablecloths, of course.

Service is friendly, and the people watching is entertaining. You never know what will appear on the beach. Sometimes it’s a long-horned steer, others it’s live wrestling matches.
