Steigenberger Al Dau Club

At a Glance

    Pros

  • you can take advantage of the golf course and gym facilities at the five-star sister hotel
  • good-size free-form pool
  • desert garden with hammocks offers a place to escape your fellow guests

    Cons

  • all-inclusive pricing doesn't tempt you to try other options
  • Standard rooms are too small and have no balconies, so we recommend only Superior rooms

Steigenberger Al Dau Club Review

This good midsize Hurghada option is one block back from the waterfront, which means more reasonable prices. The hotel has its own private beach with dive center and beach bar. The design of the multistory room blocks is rather lacking in imagination, but rooms are bright, and the pools and verdant gardens (with a mini amphitheater) offer places to relax and enjoy the organized entertainment. For an extra fee, guests can play a round on the 9-hole golf course or visit the spa at sister hotel Steigenberger Al Dau Beach (a five-minute walk).
