The Sinai Peninsula and Red Sea Coast Hotels

Nakhil Inn

Pros

  • Neatly kept rooms offer excellent value for money
  • There's a broad sandy beach on-site
  • Wi-Fi works even on the beach, so you can surf by the surf

Cons

  • It's a 30-minute walk or a short taxi ride to what passes for downtown Nuweiba

Fodor's Review

This small, laid-back dive resort is on a wonderful, sandy stretch of beach. Older rooms are spacious, while the newest wing (Nakhil Dreams) is made up of cute wooden bungalows, each with a mezzanine bedroom area. Both room categories have a contemporary style not found in other hotels at this price point along the coast. All have sea views, but you can also enjoy the views day or evening from Bedouin-style seating areas on the beach. The atmosphere is rather like a beachside

country club. Owner Samer Aly is an underwater photographer, raconteur, and a great source of knowledge about the area.
