4 Grand Hyatt Cairo. Occupying the very northern tip of Rodah Island, this high-rise hotel offers exceptional views of the river and the city from its business-regular rooms. Rooms are simply furnished with warm wood and neutral tones; perhaps they don't want to compete with the amazing views through the full-length windows that lead to a balcony. Bathrooms are spacious and lavishly decorated with marble. The Grand Hyatt has an excellent variety of restaurants on-site plus more offerings in an adjacent shopping mall. This is a very popular property with visitors from the Middle East and Gulf States.
