A great concept: build your own dish by choosing from five pastas, four or five sauces, and 30 or more items to put in it. The chefs cook it all right in front of you and – voilà – somehow it always turns out delicious. It's all-you-can-eat, so come with an appetite. There is also an antipasto buffet and a list of Italian à la carte options, but the pasta is the best option. The strolling guitar player is either a plus or a minus, depending on your mood.
