As much an evening's entertainment as a place to eat, this is probably the city's best piano bar—in this case quite literally, because one of the bars is a glass piano filled with lights. The singers are international acts, and the bar is the most impressive in Cairo, full of unusual liqueurs you won't find anywhere else. The atmosphere is enhanced by a panoramic view south over the Nile. The food competently ranges across Chinese, Italian, and French cuisines, although you can just as easily come here for a drink. There is a £e60 minimum charge; entertainment starts around 11 PM.
