Fodor's Review:
Famous among Cairenes for its pizza, Thomas also prepares smaller dishes to eat in or take out, including squid or mushroom salad and various sandwiches based on local and imported cheeses and cold cuts available in the deli section. The real treat is dessert: the plain chocolate cake (ask to have it warmed) and chocolate mousse are heavenly. If you find yourself prowling around town at 4 AM, steer yourself here; Thomas never closes. Beer is sold to go only.

Perfect pizza

These pizzas are great! The veggies on them are fresh, fresh, fresh! And, most likely, were picked that day, so they are very tasty -- they're not your basic, picked in California before they were ripe, shipped refrigerated and purchased in your neighborhood grocery store days after they were picked vegetables. Enough cheese on each one and interesting combinations. Never had one I didn't like And not greasy. Oh, and I only get delivery, so I'm not up on the service. Delivery service is speedy and the delivery guys are nice and polite and speak enough English to do their jobs.RATING: 4.4
