Newer than the Nile Hilton, this hotel is geared toward tour groups and business travelers (largely Japanese). While the small pool and some other facilities seem insufficient, the main drawback is the location. Although the hotel is close to downtown, it is surrounded by major roads that make it difficult to wander around on foot. In addition, the bodyguards of the Saudi prince in residence on the top three floors periodically raise a ruckus. On the other hand, rooms are quite large and better decorated than most, despite the minuscule balconies. And the business center and health club are among the best in town.
