The name is a bit of a stretch for this serviceable—but not at all palatial—hotel on a relatively quiet side street downtown. Rooms are decorated in brown tones, which, combined with limited sunlight, make them feel slightly worn. They are, however, surprisingly large, with a small in-room reception area in addition to the bedroom. The bathrooms are in reasonably decent condition. Pass on the restaurant, but the 24-hour rooftop bar is one of downtown's hidden oases.
