Fodor's Review:

With a name that riffs on the French and Arabic words for beautiful, this Thai-style salon sets the bar high. The European and Moroccan menu also includes typical Southeast Asian dishes such as satay and wok-fried spicy beef, and assorted kebabs. Dining takes place either inside a Zen-style hall or among the bamboo shoots on the patio. It's so far out of town on the Ourika road that you might as well go to Bangkok, but it's worth the trip for what one guest described as "acceptable pretentiousness."

Great food and excellent music

Posted by Tarkan from Paris, France & Istanbul, Turkey on 4/2/08

I was there last Sunday (March 30th, 2008) for a cosy dinner and let me start by saying it is out of the city but for anyone living in a large city, it is nothing... 10-15 minutes and you are there. The food (I had the goat cheese salad and the lamb) was very good, especially the lamb was just I like it (melted under the fork...). As for ambience, it was just great music and good crowd... The setting is perfect with a large lounge area in the center and the tables spread around the separate rooms. The garden looked also nice to experience but the temperature that night did not allow us to enjoy it. I strongly recommend Bo & Zin, especially for a Friday or Sunday night as your Saturday night in Marrakech must be reserved for Jad Mahal... :)
