Before dining at this sumptuous restaurant, make time for a leisurely cocktail in the lofty open reception hall. As the sun sets, stroll around the lantern-lighted lagoons and imbibe the magical atmosphere. When your appetite is whetted, head for the apple-green, candlelit dining room, where the menu includes a zingy seafood salad and sautéed foie gras for starters and Tandoori marinated sea bass and rack of lamb for main courses.
