Fodor's Review:
To feel like Moroccan royalty and experience a perfect expression of modern Moroccan interior design, stay in this converted palace, once the home of a 19th-century minister. Even the smallest guest room has been lovingly decorated with traditional furnishings chosen or designed by the owner's talented wife. Every detail is beautiful, from the zellij in the hammam to the rosebushes around the terrace. The restaurant has won awards, and is a must even if you aren't staying here. You can eat in one of three spaces, but the huge outdoor courtyard with pool is best. An adjoining riad with more rooms and a spa is in the works.
