Fodor's Review:
The Abbadi family has renovated three adjoining riads into sumptuous settings for dining, lodging, and music. High ceilings and intricately carved stucco and cedar walls surround central patios and fountains. Owner Mehdi Abbadi will graciously show you the eminent scientist and philosopher's rooms, the library, and rooftop terrace. The food is carefully prepared -- try the chwa'k dar, a Fassi beef tagine -- and the Andalusian-style guest rooms are equally mouthwatering. Work off your dinner in a gym that has a perfect view overlooking Fez and the surrounding countryside.
