Fodor's Review:
A spectacular 360-degree view of Tel Aviv and beyond awaits on the 49th-floor observatory of this office building and mall complex, which consists of three buildings -- one triangular, one circular, and one square. The observatory is sometimes closed for private events; it's advised to call ahead to check availabililty. Visitors can also watch a 15-minute 3D film about Tel Aviv, with the help of those strange red and blue cardboard glasses.
- Cost: NIS 38 for observatory entrance, audio-guide, and film.
