Fodor's Expert Review Inn on Orcas Island

Innkeepers Jeremy Trumble and John Gibbs welcome guests to their handsome, contemporary, adults-only inn, with spacious, plush rooms in the main house and two in separate outbuildings. The high-ceilinged Waterside Cottage has a fireplace and jetted tub, and the Carriage House has a full kitchen and is often rented by the week. Rates include a multicourse full breakfast, and guests can mingle or relax with a stroll on the 5 tranquil acres of lawns and wetlands or in the art-filled main-house common areas, which include a reading library and conservatory.
