What’s being called the world’s most advanced commercial jet—that took nearly a decade to build—left for Tokyo earlier today to join the All Nippon Airways fleet at Haneda Airport. Boeing-Dreamliner-787.jpg The Boeing 787 Dreamliner cost about $200 million, and will make its first passenger flight on October 26. According to Boeing’s web site, there are 821 planes on order. The company now faces the task of stepping up production, as only two Dreamliners are being turned out per month. [Reuters] Traveling to Japan?
