Know how to tip

Servers in some countries expect a tip from Westerners but not from locals. Others expect a bit of change left over from the bill. In China, a tip of 3% of the bill is fine; in New York City food servers expect 20%. In Miami the tip might already be added to your bill. To keep up with the rules, consult your travel guide.
