Don't buy more rental car coverage than you need

The rental agency may offer you all sorts of policies with coverage beyond collision and liability, but they're rarely worth the cost. In the U.S., personal accident insurance, which is basic hospitalization coverage, is a rip-off if you already have health insurance.
