Traveling with Food Allergies

Plan ahead for special dietary concerns. If you have food allergies and are traveling to a non-English-speaking destination, consider having a detailed explanation of your allergy translated so that you can carry it with you to show staff in restaurants. Several websites offer personalized, credit card sized allergy cards, including allergytranslation.com.
