Just in time to stave off the winter doldrums comes New York City Restaurant Week, when lunch is only $24.07 and dinner is $35.00 at more than 200 select restaurants (beverages, gratuities, and taxes are not included). Restaurant Week NYC runs January 21--25 and January 28--February 1.
