<p>The vision of artist Jim Reinders, who was inspired after a visit to the prehistoric temple of <a href="http://www.fodors.com/world/europe/england/the-south/review-464746.html">Stonehenge</a> in England, <a href="http://www.carhenge.com">Carhenge</a> has been a fixture in western <a href="http://www.fodors.com/world/north-america/usa/nebraska/">Nebraska</a> since 1987. It consists of 38 cars placed to recreate the exact dimensions of the 96-feet-in-diameter UNESCO World Heritage Site original and spray-painted grey. </p>
